How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net, sign in with the email you used at checkout, and follow the instructions to request a refund on your order.
You can also cancel your subscription at any time from the Account tab inside the app; cancellation stops future renewals and leaves your access in place until the end of your current billing period.
After the 30-Day Window
After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy.
