These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Win Your Day website and application (the "Service"), operated by Win Your Day ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Win Your Day is a personal accountability tool that lets you plan tasks for the next day and confirm each task with a photo the following day. AI is used to check that the photo plausibly matches the stated task. AI results may be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use the Service and for the accuracy of the tasks you enter.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or to defraud, spam, or harass others;
- upload photos or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- upload illegal, hateful, sexually explicit content involving minors, or malware;
- probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Service;
- attempt to manipulate the AI verification (for example by submitting fabricated or misleading images to gain rewards or defraud a third party).
4. Photo Content & AI Review
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process your photos solely to provide the Service, including sending them to an AI model for verification. AI verdicts are automated and may be wrong. We may remove or refuse to process content that violates these Terms.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service on the plan you have paid for. You may not resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits.
6. Subscriptions, Payment & Trials
The Service is offered on a subscription basis: $2.99 per month (with a 3-day free trial) or $15 per year. Trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless canceled before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period until canceled.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may cancel at any time from your Account page. On termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after a reasonable grace period.
9. Warranty Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of AI verdicts.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms. If changes are material we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Seller resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
